From buying to routine maintenance and restoration of the finest watches by our Watchmaking Atelier (www.chronext.de/workshop), all the way to finding absolute rarities by our watchhunters, our customers will find anything of their hearts’ desire.

With our office in Cologne and other offices throughout Germany, as well as international offices such as Zug, London and Hong Kong, we have already established ourselves internationally and continue to expand. Our team unites people from almost 30 nations with different cultural backgrounds. Since our founding in 2013 we have grown into a 160+ strong team backed by investors such as Endeit Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, Partech Ventures, NRW.Bank, JamJar Investments, Capnamic Ventures and Octopus Investments. We managed to raise $52 million of capital with them.

Your responsibilities
Our boutique store in London is one of our key business points with direct customer contact and thus plays a significant role in CHRONEXT’s reputation. We are looking for support to grow further in the UK market!

  • You are in charge of the daily business operation and Sales activities of our boutique store in London.
  • You are consulting and supporting customers offline and online in finding their desired luxury watch at CHRONEXT.
  • You are representing CHRONEXT as a brand in the UK market and ensure our high standards with regards to customer satisfaction and quality.
  • You are taking care of the local office administration of the London boutique (e.g. monthly closings, order management, etc.).
  • You are collaborating closely with all relevant interfaces at our HQ  to ensure a smooth and service-oriented delivery process.

Your profile - For us, it counts how you tick.
  • You are an experienced Sales Manager in the retail industry - preferably with expertise in selling luxury watches.
  • Customer happiness is always your top priority and you respectfully support customers regarding any questions or problems they might have.
  • You are truly interested in the luxury watch market and continuously inform yourself about current market trends.
  • You are confident using MS Office programs and the latest CRM systems (e.g. Zendesk) on a daily basis.
  • You have excellent native English communication skills (further language skills are a plus) and a good eye for detail.
  • You enjoy handling a large variety of tasks and easily keep calm when under pressure.
  • You always act proactively, solution-oriented and in close collaboration with the team onsite and beyond.
